Tracy was an incredible Realtor for the sale of our home. She was always available, quick to respond to texts and calls, and offered expert advice on how to get our house market-ready. From small bathroom touch-ups, to fresh paint, to replacing our roof, her recommendations were reasonable, thoughtful and strategic. Her advice was instrumental in preparing our home for sale. We trusted her counsel across the board (timing, pricing, home prep) and it paid dividends. Thanks to her guidance, our home sold in just 7 days! Tracy sold our home this summer. We could not recommend her more highly. She goes over and above what would normally be expected and provided a very 'personalized' service; she was so attentive and caring at every stage of the process. Selling a home is challenging and highly personal and Tracy on many occasions went out of her way to help us with tasks that took the stress out of the process.
